OUR
Children

Due to our limited space, children are not allowed in the suite UNLESS they are being SERVICED and must be accompanied by an adult.

FOOD&
Beverage

Food and beverages are permitted in the salon, but please be considerate of others around you. 

NEED TO
Cancel

 If you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, we respectfully request a 48-hour notice of cancellation.

RUNNING
Late

Life happens. We understand. If you are more than 15 minutes late, please notify us asap. Note: Your services may be shorten or  your appointment may be rescheduled. 

NO
Show

A NO SHOW or LAST MINUTE cancellation will result in a $50 charge added to your total service. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

SECURITY
Deposit

A non-refundable deposit may be required with some services. The deposit will be applied to your balance once the service is rendered.  

SERVICE
Refunds

All services are non refundable, but we are more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge within 3 days of the initial service date. 

METHODS of
Payment

Shear Divinity gladly accepts CASH, MasterCard, Visa & Discover.  Personal checks are not accepted at this time.
